Bondi Beach Response
The Rabbinical Association of Australasia has mobilised to provide moral leadership, spiritual guidance, and initiatives that strengthen Jewish unity, resilience, and hope.
Working closely with the NSW Government and the NSW Faith Council, we have launched the One Mitzvah for Bondi initiative, now expanded into the “Choose One Mitzvah: 15 for 15” campaign, inviting individuals to perform meaningful acts of kindness in memory of the fifteen victims. Through these Mitzvot, we transform grief into goodness, fostering healing, purpose, and communal strength.

This project has been formally endorsed by Her Excellency the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of Australia; the Hon Anthony Albanese MP, Prime Minister of Australia; and the Hon Chris Minns MP, Premier of New South Wales.
